The rental advertisements published in-print and online through APARTMENT ConNeXTion represent the best available information. We do have an opportunity to physically inspect many (but certainly not all) advertised rental homes. Therefore, we must rely substantially on representations and descriptions from the property owner or its agents. We encourage you, as a prospective renter, to let us know if you go on a showing that is materially different from the listing description. You can contact us about a listing disparity by clicking more information link in the listing and picking the email option. Address your email to firstname.lastname@example.org and use the message field to specify exactly what you observed as inconsistent with the listing.
The published rents and availabilities are subject to change without notice in the sole discretion of the property owner or manager at any time. Despite our best efforts, we do occasionally publish listings with typographical errors or inaccuracies. We make these text corrections and owner rent / availability changes for the affected listing online as soon as we become aware of them. Please be advised that the online listing is always the most recent and supersedes the print edition and any prior online versions of that listing.
Square footage figures and room dimensions are often estimates, always rounded to the nearest foot, and are never represented as exact. If you have a critical dimension for you furniture, please measure it yourself upon physical inspection before entering into any lease agreement.

No personally identifiable information is required to visit the Site. We do collect usage data (Log File information described below). Your use of our site may provide information regarding the types of rental properties viewed and their locations.
We collect personally identifiable information only when you provide it. Generally you will be required to provide your name and email address if you chose to preserve your “My Selections” listings for future website sessions. This information is only used by us to send you updates on new listings that are similar to your retained “My Selections” listings. We do not share your “My Selections” data or your personal information with any other party including our listings advertisers.
Some other services available to you on our website require you to provide personally identifiable information that may be shared with other parties, including (a) sending an email through the site to the rental owner will make you name, email and phone number available to that owner; (b) sending an email link to a listing to any other person will make your email address and the information about the rental available to that party; (c) use of any social sharing link (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+) from a rental listing will make your interest in that rental and address known to anyone who can access your postings on those sites.
Like many other Web sites, APARTMENT ConNeXTion makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
